A strong AI Film Artist might use one tool for still-image ideation, another for motion generation, an editor for pacing, and a sound layer for emotion. None of those tools replace the decision-maker coordinating the scene.
The phrase matters because it puts the emphasis back on the builder, not just the software. Tools change quickly. Creative judgment compounds more slowly and becomes more valuable over time.
